The new floor pans arrived today from Classic Industries. I bought full pans for both sides. The total cost for both was $143.92. I will need to remove the seat mount reinforcements from the originals and weld them to the new pans.

It was a slow and tedious process, but the rear window is out. Working with a utility knife and a couple of flat-head screwdrivers, I was able to break the seal all the way around the window without breaking the window. Kelly and Malachi helped some.
